From OFF status, just long press 5 seconds to LOCK OUT. The flashlight will then blink two times to indicate that it has been LOCKED. To UNLOCK, long press 5 seconds again, flashlight will turn on last used brightness level in general mode to indicate it has been unlocked. - General Mode: From OFF status, simply press and hold down to low level. Press and hold down to cycle through the different levels: Low > Medium > High > back to Low. From any of these levels, click once to turn OFF and store that last level into level memory. - Moonlight Mode: From OFF status, long press 1.5 seconds to Moonlight mode. Tip1: E02 III have memory function Tip2: E02 III have low voltage protection (LVP) function. When the battery is low, it will stepdown to ultra-low level and keep its brightness in a certain time, and then turn off automatically when the battery is out of power. so after stepdowning to ultra-low brightness, it is time for you to recharge your battery.
